We, Painmedication.online, is a legally approved online pharmacy and is authorized to sell all the FDA-approved, scheduled, and controlled medications. We have decent goodwill in the market as we, with thousand of employees, work hard to provide our customers with timely delivery of their orders.

To make things easy for us, we work as per our shipping policy that includes: 

• Timely delivery: The estimated time that we require to deliver your medicine is three to five days (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, you can also opt for overnight delivery or express delivery while ordering your medicine, but we charge you a few extra bucks for that as standard delivery is free of cost.
• Shipping cost: Shipping cost depends upon the delivery location and the type of delivery you opt for. We are in partnership with reputed courier companies that help us to deliver your parcel on time without unnecessarily charging you.
• Track your order: We provide you the order tracking facility that means when you order your medicine, you will get a tracking ID and password; using it, you can track your order.
• Refund and return facility: We try our best to deliver you the best, but in case you feel the products we gave are not up to mark, you can return us the same. You need to place a return request within seven days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You also need to tell us what you are looking for, refund of the money you paid or replace the delivered product.
• Payment Gateways: You can pay us both in hard cash (cash on delivery) and digitally via different payment gateways, but to promote contactless transactions, we appreciate cashless and digital transactions.
• Money-back guarantee: When you ask for a refund for the damaged product, we assure you that we will return all the money you have paid for the medicine.
